I often hear women sharing their symptoms with me, only to follow up with, "But that's normal, right?" While it's true that many of us experience similar symptoms, it's important to understand that these symptoms are not normal—they're just common. The good news is that there is so much we can do to bring our bodies back into balance.
Our bodies are incredibly resilient and capable of amazing things. When we provide them with the right nutrients and support, they work with us to restore balance. As a result, those nagging symptoms will start to disappear, and our bodies will no longer need to "yell" at us.
And the reason I know this is because I was once in your shoes. Holistic nutrition is actually my second career. I spent over 12 years in a wonderfully exciting and dynamic profession, but I didn't focus on my diet or lifestyle and eventually burned myself out. This led to an autoimmune disease, and after years of living with symptoms and finding no answers, I discovered healing through holistic health. By drastically changing my diet and lifestyle, my symptoms vanished, and my autoimmune disease went into remission.
I understand what it's like to feel lost and without answers. I also know how challenging it can be to prioritize yourself and make necessary changes in diet and lifestyle. That's why I'm here for you—as your guide and accountability partner, supporting you every step of the way.
